1. Agreement

By downloading or using Solarday you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. License

Plot Network Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Solarday. All other rights are reserved.

3. Your Responsibilities

Keep your account and device secure.
Use Solarday for lawful, personal purposes only.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the app.

4. Intellectual Property

Solarday, including all code, design, and content (except your own encrypted entries), is the intellectual property of Plot Network Inc.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

5. No Warranty

Solarday is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plot Network Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Solarday.

7. Payments & Refunds

All in-app purchases are final. Local mandatory consumer rights (e.g., EU 14-day digital withdrawal) still apply where required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction still apply.
